He has served as a partner in the local region as well as in big-four international accounting firms and has been engaged in related works for many years. The client's scope involves hospitality and entertainment groups, real estate development and investment, construction, non-government organizations, schools, public facilities, Macau offshore companies and other industries, as well as financial due diligence for equity acquisition transactions.
Leong Vai Chun Certified Public Accountant is currently a Director of the Macau Society of Certified Public Accountants, an Emeritus Adviser of The Red Cross of Macao SAR and a Vice-Chairman of Supervisory Board of Associacao Cultural Lotus de Macau. He has also served as a Member of Supervisory Board of Macao Foundation and a Member of Complementary Tax Assessment Committee of Financial Services Bureau. Mr. Leong graduated from the University of Windsor in Canada with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accountancy) and obtained a Master of Laws from Macau University of Science and Technology. He has the professional qualifications of Macau Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, and US Certified Public Accountant. He also obtained Registered Qualification Certificate, Hong Kong and Macao Tax Professionals, Shenzhen Qianhai Shekou Area and became an Arbitrator of World Trade Center Macau Arbitration Center.
